I had heard so much about Sailors from various people and decided to go with a couple of friends on a Thursday evening.

The location is amazing. If you sit out on the deck, which we did, you get to experience the after rain breeze, the view of the Lagos Lagoon at night and the spectacular view of the newly opened Lekki-Ikoyi link bridge.  As we get seated, we were promptly given the menu.

The waiter came to take our order and everything went downhill from there. We asked for soda water and he promptly said there was no soda water. But my friend could see soda water in the fridge behind the bar and told him they had it. He stated he would be back.  We sat there for more that 20 minutes waiting, while a party of 20 came and got seated and another table of 3 had their order taken. Mind you both tables got there after we did.  

Once again, crappy service and no apology. When are we going to get it right?
